Blend of two worlds

Ever since I was little, I’ve been drawn to art. It runs in my family, passed down from my great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother. Colors, paintings, drawings, and creative expression have always fascinated me.

(Fun fact: I originally wanted to study product design, but life led me to engineering.)

I also have a strong logical side, something I inherited from my grandfather, a math teacher, and my father, whose ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way I admire. This mix of creativity and analytical thinking is what drives my passion problem-solving, and innovation.

Passion for people

I love getting to know people's stories. Meeting individuals from different countries has been such a privilege, as there is so much richness in what they share.

I’ve had the joy of working as a translator on humanitarian trips alongside missionaries. The heart of these experiences was connecting with children, sharing moments of joy, and learning from their perspectives. I also work with kids at my church, and teaching is one of the things I enjoy most.

Adventurous spirit

I love going on adventures—whether it’s hiking mountains, exploring hills, or spontaneous trips to the sea. In fact, if my memory serves me right, I’ve climbed the Ilamatepec volcano at least five times! But my favorite has been Pacaya, in Guatemala, which is one of the three active volcanoes in the country.

New chapter

I recently graduated from university, a journey I was fortunate to share with my best friends. We supported each other every step of the way, and now, I'm excited for the many goals ahead.
